Members of the BPS and psychologists specialising in different areas of their profession can join a dedicated BPS directory or register in order to advertise to people who might be in need of their services.

These registers provide detailed information about each person listed, as well as ways in which people can get in contact for support or advice.

We’re currently processing a high volume of new applications for people joining the BPS, plus helping our existing members who would like to join our various networks and registers. We currently estimate that it will take approximately eight weeks to process your application.

Directory of Aviation and Aerospace Psychologists

This specialist directory provides a place for the aviation industry to source consultants to assist with aviation or aerospace psychology needs. The directory also includes Chartered Psychologists who are HCPC-registered - as required by UK CAA - to assist with providing psychological assessment services. Members may also have expertise in other areas of practice - for example peer support or clinical remediation.

The BPS cannot check individuals’ claims regarding their aviation industry experience and does not endorse competence or accept liability for these claims.

For more information about industry requirements, psychologists and AOC holders should refer to the UK Civil Aviation Authority.
