As part of this consultation process the Qualifications Board has produced a questionnaire in order to gather feedback on the design.
We appreciate you receive quite a few requests over the year, but this is an opportunity for you to contribute to making a major change in how we assess trainees who looking for Chartered Status.
Our profession should be leading the way in the workplace for individuals, teams, and organisations, and so developing people who will then implement their learning into their professional lives is essential.
To achieve this we need input from everyone; trainees, supervisors, assessors, employers, Chartered members and all occupational psychologists who have a view on how we should be developing our future professionals.
In the past, there has been some criticism of the current Stage 2 process, so if you want to have your say in the new qualification, this is your opportunity to do so.
The Board and design team are all very proud of this proposed new qualification, which is a radical change from the current one.
We want to hear what you think, what you agree/disagree with, and what else (if anything) you would like to see?
The consultation process began on the 28th of November 2017 and will run until the 16th of January 2018.
