As a magazine, The Psychologist exists in three main realms: live and in person (e.g. our visits for the 'Spotlight on…' series, which this month stops in at Nottingham), online (where our output goes way beyond what we include in these print editions), and physically in what you are holding in your hands now.
In my experience, this is highly/increasingly unusual for a publication of our type, budget and staff resources. We can only keep it all going thanks to so many of you contributing, and we are proud of the community we've fostered and are always very grateful for it.
What we do (and don't do) in print makes more sense when you also consider our website, so do take a look at bps.org.uk/psychologist.
And if you're simply a fan of printed magazines – believe me, I am too – do speak up on that, because we're increasingly likely to check in with members over preferences in the coming years.
Now, without further ado, it's time for another packed print edition.
