EBSCO is the leading provider of research databases, e-journal and e-package subscription management. It has carried out a review and OPO will now be indexed from the third issue.

This is expected to have many benefits, not only increasing downloads of papers, and the potential for authors to be cited, but also creating wider awareness of OPO as DOP's new peer-reviewed publication, as well as added visibility for occupational psychology and the DOP.

Janet Fraser, DOP Chair, said:

"This is fantastic news and we could not have hoped for a better outcome. It means that students and researchers all over the world will be able to find and read papers published in OPO.

"We think this will be attractive to both new and established authors and build new interest in submitting work for publication in OPO."
