Inaugural meeting of the Environmental Psychology Section

Dear Environmental Psychology Section member,

You are invited to the inaugural meeting of the BPS Environmental Psychology Section

As one of our very first environmental section members, we are very excited to welcome you to our new section's first meeting which all section members are invited to attend. The meeting will be held on Tuesday 1 October at 5pm via Zoom.

We will be appointing the interim committee and formally establishing the network

The first 15 minutes of the meeting will be used to formally establish the network and appoint the interim committee comprised of the core group who advocated for the formation of the section. The interim committee will be in place for up to 12 months before the full section membership will be invited to apply to join the committee, so please do look out for those opportunities.

Share your ideas for activities you would like to see the section deliver

The interim committee wants to use this opportunity to hear your thoughts on what the section should look to deliver in 2025. So, after the formalities, you are invited to stay on the call to share your ideas and support the committee in developing plans for 2025.
