Important information on our new Customer Relationship Management system
We recently replaced our old membership database with a new system that allows you to update your own details and access a number of member benefits through a simple self-service portal on our website.

All BPS members, and anyone with an account with us, will have received a unique link via email during early November, inviting you to register for the new system and set up your portal account.
If you’ve not registered yet, please have a look for your unique link.
If you haven’t received a link yet, it may have gone into the spam folder in your email account.
You may also have recently received your renewal information via email, which will also contain your unique link.
Thousands of you have now done this and the new system is functioning well, but we just want to remind those who haven’t that you will be unable to access a number of benefits, or renew your membership, until you’ve set up your account.
This includes access to our BPS Learn professional development platform, registering for our events and downloading publications from the BPS Shop.
If you’re not able to find your link at all, please get in touch with our customer support team and they will be able to send it to you.
