DCP South West Call for Committee positions

A closed meeting of the DCP South West Branch will be held on 4 December 2023 at 4.15pm at The Queens Court Hotel, Exeter.

The DCP South West Committee welcomes new members to join this small, friendly, supportive and committed group of psychologists.

During the pandemic, we delivered Schwartz Rounds for professional support and have recently focussed our efforts on events related to social justice and climate change.

We have a number of vacancies including treasurer and secretary as well as committee members.

We meet every two months after work virtually for an hour or so, to discuss matters pertinent to our profession, to plan events including face-to-face ones in our region

You do not need any previous experience, you just need to be eligible to join the DCP as a clinical psychologist, assistant psychologist, CAP or trainee.

The following positions are only open to Full Members of the DCP South West Branch with voting rights:

• Chair (2 years)
• Honorary Secretary (3 years)
• Honorary Treasurer (3 years)
• Committee Member x 1 (3 years)

The following positions are open to any member of the DCP South West Branch (with voting rights):

• Committee Members x 3 (3 years)
