We are delighted to be launching the latest podcast from the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Subcommittee and extend our thanks to all those who have given their time in producing this, especially the speakers for sharing their experience and insights with us. In this edition we also highlight a number of funding opportunities which may be of interest, together with some opportunities to get involved in our work.

If you have not had a chance to read it, don't forget the DCP Review of 2024 - a summary of all the work we have undertaken to make a difference for you, the profession and the public.

As always we welcome any feedback or comments.

Watch our new 'celebrating neurodiversity' podcast episode

Our EDI sub-committee have released a new podcast episode which focuses on how we recognise and champion the experiences of neurodiverse clinical psychologists.

Hosts Dr Sophie Doswell and Dr Ukwuori Kalu are joined by Dr Esther Kiehl and Dr Ilona Singer who share their experiences of neurodiversity. They discuss how they experience neurodivergence in their day-to-day work, the challenges they face and the things they've put in place to help them succeed at work.
