Online Communities

Our online communities provide a space for members to connect, share ideas, access resources and discuss the latest advances in psychology.

Start making connections now

We'd love to see you on Member Connect, your online community of psychology professionals. Here you can have your say in discussions, look for support or advice and make connections with other members.

Ready to get involved? Here's all the information you need to get started.

How to access online communities

Our communities are based on Guild, a platform that allows you to network, converse and collaborate with your fellow members from across the society.

Joining is easy. All you need to do is:

(When you register, remember to use the email address associated with your BPS membership - you can check on your member portal.)

You can use Guild on your computer or via the free app on your phone (which we’d recommend downloading). There is more information for you on the Guild website.

We’ve also produced some FAQs to help get you started – but if you get stuck or have any questions, feel free to get in touch.

And there’s more to come

While Member Connect is for all of our members, in the coming weeks and months we’ll begin launching a series of smaller, more focused communities, which we hope will be of interest to you. We’ll let you know when they're live.

And if you have an idea for a community, we’d love to hear from you.

We look forward to seeing you on Member Connect!
