An introduction to the assessment and management of sleep problems and insomnia in people who have complex conditions.

Often clients with complex conditions present with co-morbidities including sleep problems.

Using CBTi will give attendees the awareness and tools of how to help these clients with their sleep, and will more likely mean the clients are more amenable and cooperative in other aspects of their treatment as well as improving their quality of life.

Having an awareness of what can impact on a client's sleep can allow for changes to be made, whether it be small, incremental or a big change.
