This webinar will provide an overview of how sleep and fatigue are impacted when experiencing long covid and identify strategies to improve an individual's sleep and minimise fatigue in those who are suffering with long covid.

It will help and support those who work with clients who are experiencing long covid or post viral syndrome (PVS). Since the pandemic, many patients are dealing with the effects of covid, long after the initial symptoms have passed.

Whilst there is a need to understand these symptoms in more detail this will take time and patients need support now.

This webinar will explain how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) can help manage some of the symptoms clients with long covid and PVS present with, especially fatigue, which will allow for an improvement in their energy levels, as well as improving their overall quality of life.

This course is suitable for all health and social care professionals.

It is appropriate for all career levels, and is suitable for doctors, nurses, OTs, PTs, social workers, clinical psychologists, neuro psychologists, counsellors, psychotherapists, speech and language therapists, care managers and case managers.

No pre-requisites are needed.
