Do you know how much your practice costs you to run? Do you know exactly how much you need to earn this year? Knowing your numbers is critical to understanding the health of your practice and planning the future for you and your business. In this session, pricing expert and management accountant Sally Farrant will talk us through her special formula for setting fees in a private practice. We will talk through examples relevant for all disciplines of applied psychology including individual work, corporate and local authority contracts. We will also touch on some of the common problems that arise when pricing our services and how we can overcome these.
