Coaching for menopause and midlife transition

I am a Senior Practitioner Coach (EMCC) and post-menopausal. As part of my MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (UEL) I conducted research into the experience of workplace coaching for those in menopause transition.

In the last two years I have been piloting and evaluating a group coaching for wellbeing at menopause programme. I am committed to considering how coaching can mitigate the harmful impacts of the systems we live in and improve the wellbeing of individuals and communities.

My session will share my experience of providing individual and group coaching to improve the wellbeing of those in mid-life and menopause.

It will explore how group coaching can address unique and diverse needs whilst utilising commonalities to reduce uncertainty and aloneness, and will raise questions about how to address the social and cultural aspects of this life transition.
