Managing uncertainty in a changing world
- Health and wellbeing

Wellbeing is the heart of sustainable, emotional and mental strength, but it extends far beyond the ability to manage work workloads and avoid burnout. It is about how we treat people, how we process their treatment of us, and how we create an environment where everyone can thrive.
This webinar gives you the practical tools, whether for yourself or for your clients, to navigate the way forward in an uncertain world.
This webinar will offer practical tools to enhance our emotional management, and those tools can be used with our clients and those we support. It will look at:
- extending our "window of tolerance"
- boosting emotional intelligence
- enhancing empathy
- avoiding compassion fatigue
- and balancing emotional skills
as well as emphasising the point that in mental health we, along with the individual can only do so much. We need to work together as a society to CREATE an environment that nourishes mental health rather than picking up in the wake of chaos. My focus in managing uncertainty is not a shout out for "wellbeing", but a hope that, together, we can start to BE well.
Target audience
Anyone who wants to work on their own personal development, or perhaps is looking for practical ways to apply psychological theory to their own work/for their own clients.
