Dr Fiona Day CPD Co-Lead for DOCP Committee with guest speaker Lizana Oberholzer, DOCP Committee Chair and Chair of Research Sub-Committee.
In this interactive session we will discuss and debate the role of research - both academic, practitioner-led, and informal research such as auditing your practice. Lizana will talk about the current priorities for the Research Sub-Committee.
This session will not be recorded. Participants will be expected to have their 'cameras on' and to participate in the event.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will:
- debate the importance of evidence-based coaching psychology practice
- learn about the work of the Research Sub-Committee.
- create a personal action plan for both using and creating evidence to underpin their own coaching psychology practice
