Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024
The British Psychological Society's 2024 Annual General Meeting took place on Wednesday 24 July.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The British Psychological Society, to which all members were invited, was held on Wednesday 24 July 2024 at 5.30pm.
The meeting was held entirely virtually; an in-person meeting was not held.
A number of questions were submitted before and during the AGM. The answers to these questions are contained in the 2024 AGM Questions and Answers document.

- Vote by members during the AGM on the resolution: That, further to the approval by Trustees of a proposal to form a new Environmental Psychology Section, and confirmation by one per cent or more of members of the society that they wish to join the new Section, if formed, a new Environmental Psychology Section be formed.

Note: A vote was taken at the meeting in respect of Agenda item 9.
*The Trustees' Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements and Independent Auditor's report for the year ended 31 December 2023 will be published on the society's website at least 14 clear days in advance of the Annual General Meeting, in accordance with the Statutes.
