About
In this workshop we'll explore some of the core ideas underpinning CFT, and look at how we understand, engage and work with a common transdiagnositic difficulty in therapy - self-criticism.
Using experiential exercises, we'll look at how we can understand our self-critic, and use our compassionate mind to bring changes.
