How do we integrate or embed current issues such as EDI and Environmental Sustainability in our L&D?
Whether you are delivering Leadership Development, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, qualifications, non-accredited courses, there are current issues which we should be considering within our learning and development content, such as Equality Diversity and Inclusion, and Environmental Sustainability.
This event will be delivered by Dr Jan Maskell who will review:
- What are the key issues we should be considering in our transformation agenda?
- What do we mean by integration vs embedding current issues?
- What is current practice?
During this session there will be:
- Talks defining the issues we could/should be including.
- Consideration of the options for process.
- An opportunity to share your thoughts and practices and to learn from others.
