I am closely linked with organisations supporting equalities and human rights and was a trustee of special needs advocacy organisation for over 25 years; I am currently consulting psychologist to TYMES Trust, (Young ME Sufferers Trust) for whom I have co-authored a guide for psychologists assessing young people with ME/CFS. I have also authored a nationally run course 'including children in the playground. I sit on the Barnet Children's Safeguarding Board as a lay member.
My therapeutic services comprise working with younger people, teenagers and adults with neurodiversity and those who experience exam anxiety and revision and study overwhelm. In this work I combine a number of approaches borrowed from NLP, Coaching, Hypnotherapy, EFT, I also have particular interests in meditation and relaxation which I practice on a regular basis along with Yoga.
