I am a social psychologist with research interest in culture and personal relationships, personal development and strategic achievement as well as quantitative and qualitative research methods. I obtained my PhD. from Brunel University, West London; also, I attained a postgraduate qualification in academic practice (PgCAP) from the University of Bedfordshire and subsequently became Fellow of the Higher Education Academy of England and Wales (FHEA); in addition, I am a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) with the BPS. Currently, I lecture and research at the University of Bedfordshire. My most recent work is a newly released book titled: How To Excel And Have Fun At University (www.universityexcellence.com).
