BPS Qualifications

We offer postgraduate qualifications in a range of psychological disciplines, all of which give you the opportunity to develop within your current role and gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to enhance your career.

Through supervised practice from a senior psychologist these qualifications will help you to recognise and enhance your skills in your chosen field of applied psychology, while having the flexibility to balance it with work and family commitments.

Upon completing one of our qualifications not only will you be eligible to become a chartered psychologist, a hallmark of quality for psychological practitioners, but you will also become eligible to apply for registration with the HCPC.

Become chartered

When you complete a postgraduate qualification with us you will becoming eligible to be a chartered member of the BPS.

The title of chartered psychologist is legally recognised and reflects the highest standard of psychological experience, showing potential employers and your fellow colleagues the standard of your expertise.

Chartered psychologists can use the title CPsychol and are included in a register of chartered members, along with many more benefits.

Become registered with the HCPC

Our qualifications are approved by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the regulatory body for psychology in the UK.

So once you have completed a qualification, you will become eligible to apply for registration with the HCPC.

It's designed to allow you to make your own training plan that can be changed at any time to fit around your commitments.

You can train with us in a variety of places including your current employer or voluntary workplace, as long as you have access to appropriate development opportunities.

Support from our team

Get support and guidance from our dedicated qualifications team, from enrolment all the way through to completion.

We also offer additional support, including access to conferences and events that are relevant to your qualification, as well as pastoral support from the Chief Supervisor.

Guided by a supervisor

Build a relationship with an approved supervisor who will act as your mentor throughout your training.

Access our bespoke candidate workshops, BPS e-journals and books and dedicated pages of the website.

Flexible payment plans

We offer flexible payment plans including monthly direct debits to make the cost of a qualification manageable for you.

We only charge you for the cost of the qualification once. If you need longer to complete the qualification we won’t charge you extra.
