The Psychologist app

The app is free to download, and it provides our readers with an improved way of accessing our content on devices (Apple and Android, smartphone and tablet)

We have completely rebuilt our app, creating a one-stop shop for all our digital output.

This app brings great content from the magazine and latest research together.

Super easy to navigate with a great search and share function.

Now I have The Psychologist in my pocket!

As with our website, we’ve embraced the Research Digest, including its occasional podcast PsychCrunch. There’s a feed of all the latest content, or you can tap for just ‘The Psychologist’ or ‘Research Digest’.

Our monthly magazine editions (plus the occasional special) are available in the standard html form, or the PDF if you want to see how it looked in print. Users are able to download editions for offline reading, search, share, and add content to a personal scrapbook. You can resize text under Settings, and use Dark Mode!

Members of the British Psychological Society get complete access to the app using their web log in details. Enter them by tapping on ‘Settings’ and ‘Sign in’ when you first open the app.

If you have any problems please email [email protected].

Non-members are advised to check out our various grades of membership, but app users will also be able to enjoy some free content, or purchase annual subscriptions through your store.

Many thanks to the sponsors of our podcast, Routledge Psychology.

If you are interested in advertising in or sponsoring the app, please email Nicola Phillips.
