Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of The British Psychological Society, which was adjourned part heard on 30 June, and to which all members are invited, is to be reconvened on 12 January 2021 to finalise the business of the 2020 AGM.

This year there are important changes to the AGM in the light of coronavirus (Covid-19).

With the current social distancing arrangements in place and the government guidance on gatherings, the resumption of the Annual General Meeting will take place by a Zoom teleconference.

Full details of how to access the teleconference will be sent out in the New Year.

Members will recall that it was necessary to adjourn the AGM meeting held on 30 June 2020 part heard as the Trustees' Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements and Independent Auditor’s report for the year ended 31 December 2019 were not available in time for the scheduled AGM on 30 June 2020 as the Auditors were unable to complete these due to the restrictions in respect of Covid-19.

The Trustees’ Annual Report 2019, including financial statements, will be published online to all members on or before 20 December 2020.

Full details of how to access the teleconference will be sent out in the New Year.

You must register your place in order to receive these
