A new work-based route to becoming an occupational psychologist

18 March 2019

Our new qualification in occupational psychology (Stage 2) is open for enrolment.

This is a doctoral-level award, designed around work-based learning, which makes holders eligible for chartered membership of the society.

There are no restrictions on the type of work you do, as long as it shows the required competencies.

While studying you will make three submissions and undergo a final viva exam.

You can also apply for full membership of our Division of Occupational Psychology and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.

We have also produced a short animation showing the achievements of occupational psychologists, which you can watch below.
