Find out more about our new CRM

We introduced you last month to the society’s new customer relationship management system (CRM), which will be replacing our member database.

The system is due to launch at the end of September, and we hope that it will enhance your membership experience.

The new system will allow you to:

  • Easily update your details and mailing preferences, upgrade your membership and join new member networks
  • Tell us about your career and interests, so that we can tailor our communications and member benefits to you
  • View the publications, events and other member benefits that you’ve paid for or can access within one portal

And it will mean we can:

  • Easily access your past transactions with us, meaning a quicker, easier customer service experience
  •  Better understand who our members are, so that we can represent you effectively
  • Access better data on where our members come from, so that we can target underrepresented groups and make our membership more representative and diverse

Continue to keep an eye on our website and the monthly Member Update email, where we’ll be explaining more about how the system works and what will happen around the launch date.
