Consultation on the learning outcomes for the Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors

27 November 2019

We are revising the learning outcomes for the Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors to reflect current best practice within supervision.

Our Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS) recognises skills, experience and training in supervision. The application process to join RAPPS includes demonstration of the learning outcomes associated with the register. These learning outcomes have been in place for some time and need updating.

Our Supervision Training Review Group has developed a revised set of learning outcomes for RAPPS, drawing on the contemporary evidence base to represent best practice in the field.

We need your feedback to ensure that the Learning Outcomes reflect best practice in supervision across all areas of applied psychology.

We would be grateful if you could find time to respond to the consultation below so that we can incorporate your views. We are consulting with a wide range of stakeholders with different roles so that we can take everyone’s views on board.

The closing date for the consultation is 31 January 2020.
