Bringing psychology to MPs and peers

12 July 2019

Applications are open for our joint award with the Parliamentary Office of Science and Technology (POST).

Each year, the award gives a postgraduate psychologist the chance to work with POST, briefing MPs and peers on a psychological topic.

Past winners have written on subjects including video games, special educational needs and domestic abuse. You can read their briefings on the parliament website.

The award is open to any BPS member registered for a doctoral degree in a psychology-related subject at a UK higher education institution and in the last two years of studying there.

Applications close on 30 August 2019.
