Learning and Development Officer

We are looking for a motivated individual to support Professional Development provision at the BPS on a one year fixed term contract.

The role includes informing the development and delivery of Continuous Professional Development (CPD), supporting provision to meet member demands and increase learning opportunities. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance and support to BPS Members in respect of learning opportunities.

You should have previous knowledge and experience of working in CPD or learning/educational environments, with the ability to work well in teams and with your own initiative.

We are looking for someone who undertake the tasks above, with strong and effective communication, interpersonal. Awareness of good project skills and methods is essential.

You will join our Professional Development team on a one year fixed term contract/secondment, reporting to the Professional Development Manager.

The post is available on a full time basis.

Salary: Grade 5, £27,315.00 – £31,396.00 depending on experience.
