The event will comprise of inspirational talks from experts in their field who will provide you with an insight into their own career journey and valuable perspectives on the future direction of their profession.

The final section of the event will consist of a panel discussion where each of the speakers will share their views on what their respective disciplines can learn from each other.

There will also be networking opportunities following on from the conclusion of the panel discussion.

Dr Alan Redman
Alan is a chartered psychologist and is currently the Head of Science and Technology at Criterion who are one of the UK's leading psychometric and assessment technology specialist.
He works across the areas of psychological assessment and development within organisations and business and specialises in fusing psychology and technology together to create tools and candidate experiences.

Joana Faustino, Work Psychologist, RSSB
Joana is chartered psychologist with a highly diverse career. She has demonstrated her versatility working in forensic, clinical and occupational settings, public and private services, in the UK and abroad. One constant? Her interest in employee mental health and wellbeing. Joana has developed innovative approaches in response to employee needs, including the delivery of creativity workshops to facilitate problem solving and the implementantion of a reflective practice space to support and empower probation officers.

Joana currenty works for the Rail Safety and Standards Board leading a new service to support rail staff with mental health difficulties thrive at work.
Dr James Barr, Chair of the London & Home Counties Branch
After studying psychology he worked for large companies on artificial intelligence before returning to work in psychology. He is currently an occupational psychologist running his own consultancy.
