The Wales ‘Beyond the Lecture Series’ event will be a run as a seminar-style group with guest speaker Dr David Wasley from Cardiff Metropolitan University talking about one of his areas of expertise.

Dr Wasley will be giving a presentation on some of the fundamentals of physical activity and exercise, as well as the psychological themes that have been argued to influence these. He will also present some current research pathways being explored through different psychological conditions, along with exploring the recurring themes in the evidence that may influence our knowledge.

Students attending will be able to ask questions throughout the event relating to the content Dr Wasley covers, as well as have the opportunity to discuss with him after the content is covered. This is a valuable opportunity to learn about some very interesting topics within psychology that are not covered in-depth on most undergraduate psychology courses, so please utilise the opportunity and come along to the event!
