15 June - BPS London Office
16 June - Friends House, London
The conference theme for 2020 is Attachment: Evolution and Relevance to Contemporary Practice in Paediatric Psychology.
This is the annual meeting of the Paediatric Psychology Network (PPN), aimed mainly at UK-based clinical psychologists working with paediatric populations. The PPN-UK is part of the Faculty of Children and Young People within the British Psychological Society. The PPN-UK has good links with the equivalent organisations in Europe and welcomes submissions and delegates from outside of the UK who feel that the conference would be relevant to them.
Workshops will be held at the BPS London Office on the afternoon of Monday 15 June, followed by the Annual General Meeting of the PPN-UK at 16:30. Our main conference programme will take place on Tuesday 16 June at Friends House, comprising a full day of talks and presentations on our theme.
The aim of this meeting is to share knowledge generated through research and clinical experience amongst members of the PPN and paediatric clinical psychologists more widely, as well as provide an opportunity for paediatric clinical psychologists to meet and network. We have provided an extended time over lunch to allow space for networking, as well as viewing the poster submissions.
