Qualification in Occupational Psychology (Stage 2) (2019)
Following receipt of HCPC approval, the Occupational Psychology Qualification Board is pleased to launch the new Qualification in Occupational Psychology (Stage 2) (2019) at this year’s Division of Occupation Psychology conference.Show content
The Qualification in Occupational Psychology (Stage 2) (2019) has been redeveloped following an in-depth consultation with co-ordinating supervisors, assessors, candidates and members.
The QOP (Stage 2) (2019) offers a route to gain eligibility to apply for Chartered Membership of the Society, Full Membership of the DOP and registration as an occupational psychologist with the HCPC by evidencing standards across three competency submissions and a viva examination. The first two submissions are formative, and the final submission and viva are summative. The portfolio of evidence that candidates submit will demonstrate the acquisition of skills in relevant working contexts under appropriate supervision.
Members of the Occupational Psychology Qualification Board will be presenting a session on different aspects of the new qualification and answering questions delegates may have about changes and developments to the qualification.
The board will also be available at a stand for those who have queries about the new qualification or wish to discuss any aspect of QOP (stage 2) (2019)
Please come along and see us and if you want a longer session with anyone, we can arrange a time to suit you throughout the three days.
