Clinical Psychology is currently facing a number of workforce challenges, including:

  • ensuring the profession is representative of their communities
  • empowering and developing leadership competences across the profession
  • valuing lived experiences of clinical psychologists

The DCP funds various professional development schemes to support the advancement of clinical and professional skills and competences throughout your career, from aspiring, to trainee and qualified clinical psychologists.

You will have the opportunity to become involved either as mentor or mentee with these schemes.
