International Working Group

Organisations today work in the context of a global and diverse economy, and Occupational Psychologists are increasingly operating on an International level and in a constant changing working environment and within a multitude of cultural demands.

We aim to address member’s needs in International Contexts to remain competitive, robust, and promote the work of UK Occupational Psychology around the world.

Our primary objectives are to:

  • Facilitate and encourage cross collaboration and information exchange among academics and practitioners

  • Work with best practices to provide the divisions interface with other relevant professional groups on a national and international platform

  • Enhance the standing and vision of UK Occupational Psychology around the world

  • Establish links with relevant bodies and individuals in other countries

  • Encourage and support International Working and Assignments

  • Facilitate access to International Research and Practice Trends for DOP Members
