About the author

Sarah White is a Royal Society Dorothy Hodgkin Research Fellow at the Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience, University College London, where she researches and studies the cognitive mechanisms underlying the symptoms of autism (particularly mentalizing difficulties) through the use of behavioural and neuroimaging paradigms.

Sarah is also a member of the BPS Developmental Section and received the Neil O'Connor Award in 2014.
