To blog, or not to blog?

26 October 2016 | by Andrew Walmsley

So what is the purpose of the new BPS "Blogs" section you might ask? And how can I get involved?

Over the next few weeks you'll see a number of tweaks and changes to the new BPS website, as content is edited and uploaded, and new features are added.

One of these upcoming changes will be a slight alteration to the blogging platform you're currently perusing, as we've undertaken an extra bit of user research to help us further optimise our design and layout.

Our ultimate goal is for this section of the site to feature entries and submissions from multiple members (and even a few non-members) covering the length and breadth of the discipline, so that our blogging platform becomes one of the key places to go to find interesting and exclusive content and commentary which aims to provide a more in-depth and personal insight into issues relevant to the society, its members, and all those with an interest in psychology.

So keep your eyes peeled, as I'll be commissioning new entries on a regular basis and (eventually) inviting commentary and discussion from all our registered users!
