Professional Practice Board Awards

The Professional Practice Board oversees the provision of three awards, aimed at psychologists at different stages of their career.

  • Practitioner of the Year Award

    This award recognises, promotes and rewards good practice undertaken by Chartered members of the Society in the preceding 12 months.

    It is anticipated that this award will be made to a psychologist early in their career.
     

  • Distinguished Contributions to Psychology in Practice

    This award is aimed at psychologists who have made an outstanding contribution to professional practice in the United Kingdom.

    It is anticipated that this award will be made to a psychologist in mid-career.
     

  • Lifetime Achievement

    This award recognises and celebrates unusually significant and sustained contributions in a career as a Chartered practitioner of applied psychology.
