Register of Coaching Psychologists
The Register of Coaching Psychologists provides a means for Society Members who have specialist expertise in the field of Coaching Psychology to achieve recognition of their expertise and to differentiate their services. It is also a key resource for anyone wishing to access the services of, or check the credentials of a Coaching Psychologist.
The Register is open to Chartered Psychologists who are also members of the Special Group in Coaching Psychology (SGCP). Applicants for the Register are required to confirm that they meet the knowledge and experiential framework for the Register of Coaching Psychologists and to provide evidence of on-going supervision of their coaching psychology practice.
Registration lasts for five years, and there is a requirement for members to renew their registration at the end of this period. To achieve this successfully, they will need to demonstrate that they have been actively practising as a Coaching Psychologist and have engaged in relevant CPD for a minimum period within those five years.
