The Society's official collection of books, journals, member network periodicals and more is held at Senate House Library, University of London.
The Society is continually adding to its collection by regular deposit of its own publications, occasional donations and by exchange agreements with other academic journal titles. The collection was merged with Senate House Library’s own extensive psychology holdings in 2014 to create one of the most extensive psychology collections in Europe. BPS Members enjoy privileged access arrangements to the library catalogue.
Eligible Society members (Including Fellows, Associate Fellows, Chartered Members and Graduate Members. It does not include Student Members, Subscriber grades or those on the Register of Qualifications in Test Use.) can obtain a reference card free of charge. Pre-registration is available online, which will give temporary membership until it is completed by visiting the Library.
A reference card gives Society members access not only to the Society's own extensive collections but also onsite access to all Senate House Library’s print collections and digital resources. Discounted borrowing cards are also available for BPS members, including student members. More information about how get a library card and full list of library benefits to BPS members.
