The Parliamentary and Policy Group (PPG) provides policy overview and strategic guidance for both the Parliamentary Office and the Policy Support Unit (PSU).

The Society works closely with government departments and other decision makers to ensure it has an effective voice in all the UK parliaments and beyond.

Parliamentary Office

The Parliamentary Office promotes the understanding of the discipline by parliamentarians and other decision makers and contributes psychological expertise to the decision making process of politicians and civil servants.

Policy Support Unit

The Policy Support Unit (PSU) supports subsystems and individual members who are writing official responses to governmental consultation documents. It manages and administers the whole process and ensures quality and consistency.
