PPB Awards

The Professional Practice Board has two annual awards. One for Distinguished Contributions to Professional Psychology and a second award for Lifetime Achievement.

Award for Distinguished Contributions to Professional Psychology


2009 Award for Distinguished Contributions to Professional Psychology was awarded to
Professor David Lane and
Professor Graham Turpin

The Award for Distinguished Contributions to Professional Psychology is aimed at psychologists who have made an outstanding contribution to professional practice.

Lifetime Achievement Award


2009 Lifetime Achievement Award was awarded to
Professor Gisli Gudjonsson and
Professor Stanley Rachman

This relatively new annual award (commencing 2006) recognises and celebrates unusually significant and sustained contributions in a career as a practitioner of applied psychology.
