If you would like more information about making a complaint or what to do if someone has made a complaint against you, or you have a complaint about the Society's complaint handling procedure, please contact Kajal Panchal using the contact details below and we will do our best to help you.

We can give advice and help about how to make a complaint and how the complaint-handling process works. However, we cannot tell you whether you should complain or whether your complaint will succeed.
