Strategic Plan 2004 - 2009
Strategic Plan 2004-2009
The strategic plan
contains broad statements of goals with a definition of outcomes and a proposed
time frame.
The strategic plan is also organised under five broad headings which follow the
Directorate structure, and which enable strategic and operational planning to
be focussed. Its realisation depends both on ownership by the Trustees
and on co-operation across Departments within the administrative offices, since rarely will a goal be the sole
responsibility of one department.
