Supervisors and supervision for the qualification in Educational Psychology (Scotland) (Stage 2)
Supervisors for the Society's qualification in Educational Psychology (Scotland) (Stage 2) must be:
- Chartered psychologists
- Full members of the Scottish Division of Educational Psychology (SDEP)
- Registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC) as a practitioner psychologist.
Supervisors are required to demonstrate that they have at least two years experience as a Chartered psychologist before they can supervise a candidate for the Qualification.
All supervisors for the qualification must undertake the Society's 'Approved Supervisor' training. Further details on training will be available in the Summer of 2012.
