Psychological Testers

The Psychological Testing Centre (PTC) currently offers Certificates of Competence in Occupational and Educational Testing. Training for the Certificates is offered by independent Assessors whose assessment methods have been verified by The Society. Once applicants have received their Certificate of Competence then holding an entry on the PTC's Register of Competence in Psychological Testing is advised. This is a database held in the office that enables members of the public to check a person’s level of test qualification and competence in using tests. You can now target the people who hold a certificate whether they are on the Register or not. A break down of numbers is given below, but for more information on the different certificates or the Psychological Testing Centre please visit www.psychtesting.org.uk
