To search for an assessor, please specify your requirements using the options below. To display all assessors regardless of region, specialisation or type, run the search without any items chosen. To find an individual assessor's contact details, please click on the associated name.

Notes when searching:

1) You do not need to select the Chief, Lead or Deputy boxes unless you are specifically searching for one of these.

2) If you are searching for the South East then you will also need to look up London as a separate Region as these Assessors are not contained in both lists

3) If you are looking for Assessors in Adult Mental Health Psychotherapy, Primary Care or General then these Assessors are all contained under Adult Mental Health. If you search under this heading you will then need to click on each Assessor to find those related to the different specialties.
