The North West of England Branch relaunched its newsletter in November 2003, which is sent out with the Psychologist to all Branch members, currently standing at over 3,000. This regular newsletter, provides a forum for reviewing our previous events, promoting future ones and for exchanging ideas and providing feature articles that may appeal to our broadchurch audience in the north west.
In keeping with our mission statement, we would like to invite submissions for our biannual publication, which will in future be published with the March and October issue of the Psychologist.
Perhaps you would like to review one of our events? Perhaps you've been to another conference you'd like others to know about? Are you involved in psychology-related activities yourself that you'd like to promote? Are you after information? Or you may want to tackle a more general issue concerning psychology and society? Alternatively, you may like to suggest something of interest that is more lighthearted? Do you want to think of an excuse for interviewing your favourite psychologist in the region? Whatever your idea, the newsletter is new, so you have the chance to mould it into what it will become!
Please send your suggestions and ideas using the suggestion box. Articles of short to medium length can be sent immediately to the editor:
