Speakers announced for the 2016 BPS Supervision Conference
The keynote speakers for the 2016 BPS Supervision Conference being held on the 27 April in Nottingham have been announced.
These are Dr Benedicte Eyre, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist working in Child and Adolescent Mental Health services in Leeds, and Charlie Eyre a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with experience of delivering national recruitment, selection and development programmes for police forces across England and Wales.
In their session they will explore the practical realities of supervising trainee psychologists within both clinical and occupational psychology contexts. They will draw from their personal experience of supervising in these disciplines to identify common themes and key differences, as well as success factors and barriers to effective supervision in healthcare, public sector and commercial working environments.
The conference is open to all psychology supervisors and will be held as strand of the 2016 BPS Annual Conference in Nottingham.

The BPS 2016 Annual Conference will be held from the 26 - 28 April at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham.
Confirmed Keynote speakers include Dame Vicki Bruce, Professor David Clark, Professor Gail Kinman and Professor Loraine Obler.
