BPS Postdoctoral Conference Bursary Scheme closing soon
The current round of the BPS Research Board's Postdoctoral Conference Bursary Scheme to support the work of psychology postdoctoral researchers and lecturers will close on Friday 1 April 2016.
Conference bursaries are available to support UK psychology postdoctoral researchers and lecturers to attend any academic conference, either in the UK or internationally, relevant to the applicant’s work. Each bursary consists of up to £150 (UK) or £300 (international) to contribute towards the costs of registration and travel to attend the full conference.
Applicants must ensure that the conference begins no earlier than 1 June and no later than 31 October. Please note that applicants may only submit one bursary application per round.
For the purpose of the bursary scheme, a postdoctoral research/lecturer is defined as a person who is employed at a UK HEI and is within three years of the completion of their doctoral research degree (i.e. PhD) in psychology.
Further details, including the full criteria and an application form, can be obtained from the Policy Administrator.
