2013 CPD Directory now available

The BPS Learning Centre has unveiled its 2013 CPD Directory. The new directory contains the widest range of events to date, covering mutually relevant topics to provide you with opportunities for cross-discipline learning and networking.

It includes 120 events with more clinical, educational and forensic psychology workshop programmes.

Dr Peter Banister, President of the Society, said: “The Learning Centre is our learning and developmental portal and over the last four years we have worked to increase the number of professional development workshops and increase access to CPD for our members. We are pleased that the latest directory represents the largest collection of Society-organised CPD events with more e-Learning courses available than ever before.”

“With the Health and Care Professions Council conducting random audits of CPD records of registered practitioner psychologists from March 2013, it has never been more important to make the most of the professional development opportunities provided by your learned Society. I would encourage our members to maintain an ongoing record of your CPD via our planning and recording tool: myCPD.”
